Do I upload photos before or after paying?
After paying. Your order stays recoverable, and you can upload when you are ready.
Is Taste a real downloadable image?
Yes. Taste gives you one finished downloadable keepsake. It is not a watermark, teaser, or preview-only file.
Will the images look like my pet?
The keepsakes are made from your pet's own photos, with attention to their face, markings, coloring, and expression so the result feels recognizably like them.
Do I need to direct the image style?
No. You choose the photos that show your pet best, and we handle the keepsake direction from there.
Can I get revisions or rerolls?
Not in this version. Each package is planned as a curated set.
Are my images public?
No. Your pet's photos and finished keepsakes stay in your private account gallery.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion removes personal image assets and revokes gallery access while preserving minimal records required for payment/accounting purposes.
Are there subscriptions?
No. Each purchase is a one-time digital keepsake order.
